On Saurday 16th of March, many members of our House, attended to a live concert in Athens.
A concert that was interest for every Heathen metalhead. The bands Sabaton and Eluveitie gave us great times something that we expected form them anyway as both bands are really unique in what they do.
Of course, besides the good times, we had a very serious reason also to attend to that concert. Because of the stupidness of some people in Hellas that decided for some time now, and more in particular after the last elections in Hellas, to openly attack and criticize Polytheism in General but more in particular also Hellenic religion, we decided to pass a message by raising banners publicly, declaring that Hellenes Gentiles are not sitting back doing nothing to defend ourselves against this phobic attack by stupid people or either those totalitarians intolerance that provoke us hardly all this time.
So a huge banner with the simple message of “Hellenic Pagan Movement” was open from the beginning of the concert and once again we opened it outside the gig, and also the Viking Flag (the most historical accurate that can be found, the one that showing Odin’s Crow circled by the Sun) was raised during the performances of the bands, declaring our respect for all Ethnic Traditions and our constantly Fight for its perseverance and for the Brotherhood/Sisterhood relations that we share spiritually with all Gentiles in Europe and elsewhere.
Whenever we feel is proper or needed, the Banner of the Hellenic Pagan Movement will appear in the future in various circumstances publicly defending ourselves and our Tradition from the most stupid and massive attack we saw the last years.
